TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPTIONS

We offer two levels of tech support:

  • Basic

  • Enhanced

All CatBase customers have access to Basic support at all times.

New customers have access to Enhanced support for 30 days, and thereafter can subscribe to one of our Support Contracts.

 

​We also offer Pay-As-You-Go and Prepaid Personal Training and Custom Services.

BASIC TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Basic support is available to ALL CatBase users at ALL times. It includes:

ENHANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Enhanced Support is provided via an annual contract. 

It includes:

  • Access to all Tutorials and Videos in the CatBase Academy

  • Access to the Knowledgebase

  • Submit Support Tickets and receive priority response

  • ALL CatBase program updates - minor and major versions

  • 10% discount on Personal Training and Custom Services

The prices are:

  SINGLE-USER

  • CatBase Single-User, Enterprise Edition: £100 per year

  • CatBase Single-User, Data Chameleon Edition: £125 per year

  MULTI-USER

  • Enterprise Edition: £300 per user licence per year

  • Data Chameleon Edition: £350 per user licence per year

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is one-on-one customised training conducted via a webinar. The training can cover all aspects of using CatBase, including working with your page layout program.

Personal Training is charged at £1 per minute, with a 15-minute minimum per session.

CUSTOM SERVICES

We can provide the following custom services:

Project setup

We can set up any or all aspects of your CatBase project. Prices start at £500. Please contact us with details of your project for a quote. Also see our Package Deals!

Scripting

We can create scripts to perform all kinds of tasks, such as data normalisation, data cleansing, or just about anything else you might want to do with your data! See the CatBase Scripting page for more info, and contact us with details of your requirements for a quote.

Module Development

If your requirements are more complex than a script, we can create custom Modules. A Module can perform complex tasks and have their own custom interface. To get a quote for your project, please contact us and provide as much detail as possible about your requirements.

InDesign Scripting

Adobe InDesign is highly scriptable, and we can develop scripts to accomplish many tasks that can't be done natively. Please see the InDesign Scripts page for more info, and contact us with details of your requirements for a quote.

PREPAID SERVICE CONTRACTS

If you know you're going to need some Personal Training and/or Custom Services, consider one of our Pre-Paid Service Contracts! 

  • Services can include Personal Training and/or Custom Services ... in fact anything to do with your CatBase project.

  • Get a discount of up to 20%!

  • Contracted hours/days have no expiry date. Use them now or two years from now.

Our standard daily rate is currently £600.

 

Prices are as follows:

  • One day (8 hours): £570 - get a 5% discount

  • Two days (16 hours) - get a 10% discount: £1,080

  • Five days (40 hours) - get a 15% discount: £2,550

  • More than five days: Get a 20% discount! £480 per day. Order as many as you want.
