Our Bug Fix Policy

We LISTEN to our customers!

If you encounter a bug whilst using our software, please report it to us. We promise to fix it and issue an update as soon as possible.

How to Report a Bug

  1. Make a note of the exact error message you received.

  2. If possible, make a screenshot showing the error message and/or the result of the error.

  3. Contact us via the Feedback form. Provide as much information you can about the bug: What you were doing when it occurred, what the error message said, what happened next. The more details you can provide, the faster we will be able to fix it!

  4. After submitting the Feedback form, you'll receive an email from support@catbase.com. You can reply to this email to send additional information and screenshots.

Is it a bug, or a feature request?

Sometimes things don't work exactly as you expected them to. This may be a bug, or it may be the feature doesn't behave as expected. In that case, please use the Feedback Form to submit a Feature Request.
