The Quick Start package deal is ideal for those who want to set up their project themselves, but need a little help getting started.
 
One of our product specialists will spend up to four hours on video calls with you, when we will, first of all, discuss your project requirements and plan the best way to set it up.
Then, via screen-sharing, we'll work with you to get it up and running. You can have as many sessions as you need, up to a total of four hours. If necessary, you can purchase additional Personal Training hours at any time.
 
Once your project is up and running, we'll create a video that takes you through the steps to use the project: this might include importing data, creating and modifying stylesheets, creating your publications ... or whatever you need! These videos are great tools to use as memory aids and for training others.
